Survival Horror Games

There’s an exciting new indie-developed PC game generating some buzz, and rightfully so. Project Zomboid, a new action/survival horror game from developers Indie Stone, may appear, at first glance, to be “yet another zombie game”, but such an estimate is incorrect. Yes, Project Zomboid does take place in a “zombie apocalypse” setting, but unlike other zombie games, there is substantially more to this game than blowing the heads off of the undead. A variety of unique ideas are brought to the table by Indie Stone, elevating Project Zomboid to a special position above the seemingly endless horde of zombie games, blending survival, role playing and open-world exploration into a refreshing and exciting title.
